GenSec is written in Python 3 

Recommended

Install required dependencies:

.. code-block:: sh

    pip install numpy ase scipy

Download GenSec from github and add GenSec to PYTHONPATH:

.. code-block:: sh

   git clone https://github.com/sabia-group/gensec.git
   export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:$HOME/path_to_GenSec/gensec
